GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Design and layout specifications

The entire poster must be mounted on a 100 cm x 250 cm board.

The poster should be designed to summarize current research in graphic forms, i.e.,

charts, tables, graphs, and pictures. Simple use of color can add emphasis.

A banner displaying your poster title, name, and department should be positioned at

top-center of the board.

The "References Cited" is placed at the end of the poster.

Presentations should be self-explanatory so that the author is free to supplement and

discuss particular points.

Lettering

Text should be readable from five feet away. Use a minimum font size of 18 points.

Lettering for the title should be large (at least 70-point font). Use all capital letters for

the title.

Host will provide approximately 25 pins per board

For the poster sessions, authors are expected to be at their poster for discussion.
